Owner and director Jesse has been a commercial captain and industry professional for over 15 years. Throughout this time, Jesse identified a vast potential in the market — an opportunity for planned and preventative maintenance for boats — and that is where AusCoast Yacht Management (ACYM) began.
Jesse's vast experience highlights a significant gap in the yachting industry: a lack of comprehensive record-keeping in all aspects of engineering and cosmetic maintenance on board pleasure cruisers. The consequence of this gap can be random breakdowns and high service costs throughout the boat's life.
With this in mind, ACYM was founded with a clear objective — to increase the resale value of your yacht, and to provide a genuinely better boating experience from day one.
A Digital-First Approach to Yacht Management
ACYM's invest heavily in digital management platforms so you don't have to. Our comprehensive Boat Ownership Program system manages the lifecycle of your vessel's detailing and engineering requirements each month, while navigating yard periods, special requirements and owner requests. Every vessel has a complete set of specific tasks which ensure 100% monthly compliance to our management program.
The ACYM team uses Ascora, from start to finish, ensuring a complete and accurate written and photographic digital record of your vessel's management is maintained on your behalf.
Hands-On Management, Australia Wide
The program is part one — our industry experience and hands-on approach is part two. ACYM will carry out all in-house works and ensure they are completed to the highest superyacht standard.
We have preferred suppliers throughout Australia for when external trades are required, and we manage those projects at no additional cost to you. Our strong supplier network gives us immediate support, no matter the scale of work required.
